We will also not be holding parking sales during the weekend of August 21 - 22 due to the high volume of online interactions we will be having with students during move in.
Looking for a parking space?
The first step to reserving your space is to send an email to parking@cpm-apts.com with your information and which building you are interested in parking at. In response you will receive the following instructions:
Given that this is a period of high-volume parking sales, time is of the essence in completing this transaction. Therefore, if you would like to complete the purchase of a pass at this time, we ask that you complete the following instructions within 24 hours:
1) Refer to the parking map and choose one of the following available parking spots:
2) Carefully review the parking lease. Fill in the highlighted blanks at the top of the lease. Initial in the highlighted boxes on the left side of the lease. Sign on the highlighted lessee line at the bottom of the lease.
3) Make the payment via the following link:
https://paylease.com/
You will need to create an account to make a payment. To create an account, first select "Make a Payment". Next, select the option for renter, and then enter "BUILDING" for the address. Once you select the correct property, enter "PARKING" for the specific unit.
4) Send a copy of the payment confirmation along with a copy of the completed parking lease back to this email address.

Keep in mind...
- All parking is on a first come, first serve basis, and everyone intending to park in the lot must keep a copy of the parking lease in their vehicle, to show proof of ownership in case of towing.
- Keep in mind that your parking pass must be paid for in full. Yearly and monthly pricing for all CPM's parking lots can be viewed here.
- After purchasing your spot, you will receive a copy of your lease. Keep a printed copy of this lease in your car at all times in case you need to tow someone. To receive a new copy please contact us!
- Because all parking sales are non-refundable, we highly recommend visiting your parking lot and making sure you can park comfortably before you purchase your space.
